An "active request" is a task the team is working on. On the Growth plan, you can have 3 requests being worked on simultaneously. As soon as one is complete, the team immediately starts on the next one in your backlog.
Yes. If you don't have enough work for a full month, you can pause your subscription and resume when you're ready. Your billing cycle will be prorated.
