Traditional product research is a time-consuming, biased bottleneck. A junior PM or researcher spends 1-2 weeks Googling, combing through forums, and trying to schedule user interviews. The result? A 20-page document full of assumptions and links that no one has time to read.
Our process is different. We deploy an AI Researcher agent that does the work of a 10-person research team in a matter of hours. It doesn't just find information; it synthesizes it into an actionable "Spec Checklist" that de-risks your project from day one.
The 3-Step Agent Research Sprint
When you submit a project, our Strategist and Researcher agents collaborate to execute a research sprint. This is what it looks like.
Spotlight: The AI Researcher Agent
The star of this process is, of course, the AI Researcher. This agent is designed to overcome the two biggest flaws in human research: speed and bias. It has no personal opinions and no pet features. Its only goal is to find objective patterns in the data.
Researcher Agent
Finds audience insights, comps, and risks. It performs market analysis and drafts crisp requirement docs.
The Deliverable: The "Spec Checklist"
At the end of the sprint (usually 24 hours), you get a living document that includes:
- Competitive Matrix: A table of the top 3 competitors, their key features, pricing, and identified weaknesses.
- Audience Personas: 1-2 core user personas based on *actual* pain points and "Jobs to be Done" found in public forums.
- Key User Stories: A list of 5-10 "As a user, I want to..." statements that define the project's core value.
- Identified Risks: A list of potential "gotchas," like technical constraints or strong competitor moats.
Instead of starting with a blank page and a dozen meetings, your team starts with a de-risked roadmap. That's how we move from brief to build in days, not months.
